We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel bookings, itineraries, and ground logistics. In this role, you will be the bridge between sales, suppliers, and travelers—ensuring every itinerary is confirmed accurately, vouchers are issued on time, and clients enjoy seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking & Confirmations: Process reservations for flights, hotels, local transfers, sightseeing, and curated activities across domestic and international destinations.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hoteliers, transport operators, and local vendors to secure booking confirmations, negotiated rates, and invoices.
- Documentation: Issue finalized travel itineraries, flight e-tickets, hotel vouchers, day-wise activity plans, and client travel briefs with zero data entry errors.
- On-Ground Support: Handle real-time client queries or travel disruptions (such as delayed flights, hotel overbookings, or emergency changes) promptly and professionally.
- Cost Verification: Cross-check vendor invoices against client booking files to avoid billing discrepancies and ensure margin accuracy before passing accounts for payment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in travel operations, tour operations, or a travel BPO desk.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with travel booking portals, supplier extranets, CRM systems, or basic GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of hotel policies, airline cancellation/rescheduling guidelines, and basic destination geography.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for vendor coordination and client assistance.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in entering traveler names, passport details, dates, and package inclusions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
