Job Description:
Olivia International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to manage booking operations and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle reservation requests efficiently while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Process and confirm bookings accurately in the system
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, services, pricing, and availability
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer data and reservations
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Support efforts to maximize bookings and revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in reservations, travel, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking systems
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
