The Administration, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Setup Manager will oversee the administrative operations, infrastructure management, procurement processes, and infrastructure setup for the organization. This role demands a dynamic professional capable of multitasking and coordinating across teams, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.

Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures.

Supervise office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Monitor budgets related to administrative activities and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of office facilities and infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.

Collaborate with external vendors for facility management and related services.

Plan and execute procurement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

Identify and negotiate with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and quality supply chain solutions.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.

Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure setup for new offices, facilities, or projects.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for timely and efficient execution.

Monitor project progress and address challenges to ensure timely delivery.

Visit Centers & offices as needed to oversee operations.

Ensure on-site support and adherence to organizational standards during setup or execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in administration, procurement, or infrastructure management (7+ years preferred).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement or project management tools.

Willingness to travel frequently to support organizational requirements.
