About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Talent Acquisition Interns to join our recruitment team in Madurai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across technology, engineering, and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist the recruitment team with market mapping and talent research activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline) or final-year students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
- Good English communication.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to build a career in recruitment.
