About you:
You'll focus on our customers, Inspire and lead our team of Service Technicians and your passion and innovation will drive profit and success. You will need:

An understanding of the agricultural industry

A Health & Safety positive approach
- A qualification in automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic
About the role:
-
Lead and manage the service team through coaching and development, including our Apprentices.

Provide oversight of machinery diagnostics and repairs
-
Ensuring maintenance and repairs are undertaken in a timely manner by clearly determining customer needs/requirements and communicating this to the workshop

Providing accurate costs, quotes or estimates
-
Manage the departments budgets, stocks and assets
-
Manage job allocation and workflow
