Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer (7.5+ years exp.) who actively leverages modern AI coding assistants and LLM tooling to build scalable, production-grade applications rapidly. You will architect robust web applications, integrate modern frontend/backend stacks, and mentor engineering teams in adopting AI-driven engineering workflows. Strong technical articulation and client-facing communication skills are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Fullstack Architecture: Design and build end-to-end, high-performance web applications using modern backend technologies (Node.js, Python/Django/FastAPI, or Java/Spring) and frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js).
- AI Tool Integration & Workflow Efficiency: Utilize GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT Plus, Claude, or custom AI coding agents to accelerate architecture planning, refactoring, code reviews, unit testing, and bug remediation.
- LLM & API Integrations: Architect and deploy custom AI features, RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), and OpenAI/Anthropic model integrations into core applications.
- System Design & Cloud: Maintain high standards of system design, database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, enforce high code quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7.5+ years of hands-on software development experience building scalable SaaS or enterprise products.
- Core Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in React/Next.js and Node.js/Python/Java, along with relational and NoSQL databases.
- AI Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI APIs).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills—capable of explaining complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders and client partners.
- Experience with DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS) and Agile methodologies.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
