Summary:
UST is looking for a highly motivated and experienced .Net Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale web applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .Net Core, React, AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring tools. This role requires a hands-on professional who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle while ensuring application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
The Opportunity:
As a .Net Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern applications, building cloud-native solutions, and driving continuous improvements across software delivery processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .Net Core.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces using React.
- Develop and support cloud-native applications deployed on AWS ECS.
- Work with AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues using Datadog and Splunk.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Identify, remediate, and support releases for security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain automated unit tests using xUnit and Jest.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Conduct A/B testing using Split.io and Conductrics to evaluate feature effectiveness and improve user experience.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.
What you need:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in .Net Core and React development.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and containerized deployments.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Knowledge of application security and vulnerability management.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skills:
- Microservices Architecture
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
- Exposure to additional frontend frameworks.
- Experience with mobile application development.
- AWS Certification(s) preferred.
- Experience in performance tuning and application optimization.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
