Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and supporting business growth.
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and meetings
- Explain company products and services to customers
- Build and maintain good client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handling
- Prepare daily sales reports and updates
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
- Confidence in speaking with customers
- Ability to work independently and in a team
