COPURRB is a growing corporate gifting & brand merchandising company working with businesses, institutions, and brands.
We are now strengthening our digital growth engine and looking for a hands-on Digital Growth Manager who can build our online presence, lead generation systems, SEO growth, and website performance.
This is not a pure social media role.
We are looking for someone who understands growth, SEO, lead funnels, analytics, and execution.
What You’ll OwnSEO & Organic Growth
- End-to-end SEO strategy & execution
- Keyword research & competitor analysis
- On-page SEO, metadata, meta titles, descriptions, technical coordination
- Improve website rankings, organic visibility & traffic
- Google Business Profile / Google Maps optimization
Lead Generation & Funnel Building
- Build digital lead generation systems
- Create and optimize inquiry funnels
- CRM workflow setup & optimization
- Improve conversion journey and lead tracking
- Support B2B growth initiatives
Website & Growth Operations
- Website optimization & content updates
- Product/catalog updates
- Landing page coordination
- Work with freelancers/developers when required
- Improve website UX, performance, and conversion opportunities
Content & Digital Presence
- Coordinate SEO blogs & website content
- Support LinkedIn growth and authority building
- Coordinate with creative/content teams
Analytics & Reporting
- Track SEO, traffic, leads & website KPIs
- Build dashboards and monthly reports
- Use data to drive decision-making
E-commerce Support (Good To Have)
- Basic Shopify understanding
- Product uploads, SEO & analytics coordination
- Support upcoming retail growth initiatives

Required Skills
Must Have:
✔ 1–3+ years experience in Digital Growth / SEO / Growth Marketing
✔ Strong SEO knowledge (On-page + metadata + keyword strategy)
✔ Google Analytics, Search Console & Google Business Profile experience
✔ Lead generation & funnel understanding
✔ Website/CMS management experience
✔ Strong ownership & execution mindset
Preferred:
✔ B2B marketing experience
✔ Shopify / E-commerce exposure
✔ LinkedIn growth experience
✔ Email automation / CRM exposure
✔ Basic HTML/CMS understanding
