Job Description
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
- To Maintain a Customer visit plan
- Focuses, develops and maintains Bhīma brand image in the market.
- Conduct market study as and when required by the management in relation to customer satisfaction, brand awareness.
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
- Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies.
- Plan and carry out marketing and Brand building activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and sales.
- Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews.
- updating databases and using a customer relationship management
- Work closely with Respective Showroom Managers and corporate Marketing Team.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve the product and services
- Answering Customer queries about product specifications and maintaining customer relations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Creating a comprehensive and unique market plan that outlines the strategies to achieve the company’s sales and branding goals.
Educational Qualification : +2/Degree/Post Graduate
Experience : Minimum 2 Years Preferred, Fresher's can also apply
Valid Two wheeler license is a must
Location : Theni , Tamilnadu
Salary: Rs 15,000 – 25,000 Per Month Plus Performance based Incentive, Food &Travel Allowance will be provided.
