Job Title: Service Staff
Job Summary:
Service Staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints or concerns courteously.
- Process bills and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and other team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
