Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP. (Zoho would be added advantage)
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and purchase orders.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Assist with GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
- Track project-wise expenses and profitability.
- Manage office administration and daily operations.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Handle vendor payments and purchase documentation.
- Maintain office assets, records, and files.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor office inventory and procurement requirements.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
