Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Computer Science Faculty member to teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in areas related to computer science and information technology. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic knowledge, practical industry exposure, and the ability to inspire students through effective teaching, mentoring, and academic guidance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and workshops in Computer Science subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach subjects such as:
- Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Database Management Systems
- Operating Systems
- Computer Networks
- Web Development
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Cybersecurity / Cloud Computing (optional)
- Use modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Student Development
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Research & Innovation
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals/conferences.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic improvements.
- Encourage innovation, coding practices, and technical competitions.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental meetings and institutional activities.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Support accreditation, examinations, and quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications or related field.
- NET/SET/PhD qualification preferred as per institutional or regulatory norms.
- Strong understanding of core computer science concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in programming and software development tools.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and LMS tools.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, or IoT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
