- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise technicians and service advisors. Schedule work allocations based on skill levels.
- Customer Relations: Oversee service write-ups, translate complex repairs into comprehensible terms, and manage customer complaints or escalations.
- Financial Management: Monitor departmental metrics like gross profit, labor efficiency, and Average Repair Order (ARO). Manage budgets and parts inventory.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct spot checks on completed repairs to minimize comebacks. Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and warranty policies.
- Safety & Environment: Maintain clean and safe work areas, ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety and environmental regulations.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically requires multiple years of experience in the automobile service industry, with proven experience as a supervisor, service advisor, or technician.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs).
- Software Skills: Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), service scheduling, and inventory management software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent conflict resolution, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
