CocoLuxe Stays is a premium vacation rental and Airbnb management company. We create beautiful, cozy, and luxury stays that deliver a memorable guest experience.
We're looking for someone with a great eye for aesthetics who enjoys decorating spaces, shopping for home décor, and transforming apartments into premium homes.
This is NOT an interior designing or AutoCAD role. It is a practical, hands-on role.
Responsibilities
- Visit CocoLuxe properties and help set up apartments
- Create cozy, premium, and Instagram-worthy interiors
- Source furniture and décor within budget
- Visit local markets, IKEA, Home Centre, Pepperfry, OLX, and other vendors
- Purchase items such as:
- Paintings
- Mirrors
- Curtains
- Rugs
- Lamps
- Plants
- Cushions
- Wall décor
- Decorative accessories
- Kitchen essentials
- Compare prices and negotiate with vendors
- Coordinate deliveries and installations
- Arrange furniture and décor for the best guest experience
- Maintain a décor inventory for all properties
- Suggest creative ideas to improve each apartment while staying within budget
Requirements
- Strong sense of aesthetics and home styling
- Passion for home décor and hospitality
- Comfortable visiting markets and properties
- Good negotiation and budgeting skills
- Creative, organized, and proactive
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
Freshers with a strong interest in home styling are welcome to apply.
Bonus Skills
- Experience styling Airbnb or rental properties
- Knowledge of IKEA, Home Centre, Pepperfry, Urban Ladder, D'Decor, or local furniture markets
- Experience with home décor or visual merchandising
