Job Description - Commi 1 Indian Cuisine
Department : F&B production
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare & cook indian dishes as per hotel standards & recipes.
Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper mise en place & timely food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness & hygiene standards.
Qualification & Experience :
Hotel management / Culinary qualification preferred.
1-3 years of experience in Indian cuisine, preferably in a hotel or banquet setup.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
