Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior/Architectural Engineer with expertise in cleanroom construction, interior finishing, and architectural works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising interior construction, monitoring quality, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and cleanroom standards.
Key Responsibilities
● 1. Interior Construction Supervision
○ Supervise interior construction and architectural finishing works including wall construction, flooring, ceiling systems, and door installations.
○ Execute cleanroom-specific construction including modular wall systems, epoxy flooring, and specialized finishes.
○ Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
○ Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams for smooth project execution.
● 2. Clean Room Construction & Finishing
○ Supervise complete cleanroom construction including wall panels, epoxy flooring, false ceiling systems, and cleanroom doors.
○ Ensure compliance with ISO 14644, GMP, FDA, and project requirements.
○ Monitor cleanliness, material storage, and contamination control during construction phases.
○ Manage cleanroom fit-out works and specialized finishes.
● 3. Quality & Compliance Monitoring
○ Review shop drawings and construction plans for compliance with project specifications.
○ Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety requirements.
○ Conduct inspections and prepare punch lists for defects and non-conformances.
○ Ensure all work meets project quality requirements and specifications.
● 4. Material & Vendor Management
○ Review material specifications and quality standards with suppliers and contractors.
○ Inspect incoming materials for compliance with project requirements.
○ Coordinate material deliveries and storage at site.
○ Prepare material inspection reports and reconciliation.
● 5. Project Coordination
○ Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
○ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
○ Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and interior specialists.
○ Prepare BOQ reviews and cost reconciliation reports.
● 6. Documentation
○ Prepare Construction Checklists, Quality Inspection Reports, As-Built Drawings, Material Inspection Reports, Daily Progress Reports, and Handover Documentation.

Education
● B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
Experience
● 3–8 years of experience in interior construction or site management.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Clean Room construction or specialized fit-out projects.
● Demonstrated expertise in architectural finishing and cleanroom construction procedures.
Language Requirements
● Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) - MANDATORY
● Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications in English
● Strong communication skills for coordination with project teams

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
