Job Title: HR Executive/Senior HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head – HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of medical, nursing, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
2. Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance, leave, and service documentation.
3. Process payroll inputs and coordinate salary, statutory deductions, and employee benefits.
4. Ensure compliance with labour laws, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
5. Handle employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
6. Coordinate performance appraisal, training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
7. Prepare HR MIS reports
8. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and departmental processes.
9. Support manpower planning and budgeting with department heads.
10. Coordinate with statutory authorities and maintain HR compliance documentation.
11. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
HOSPITAL ACCREDITATION & COMPLIANCE
1. Assist in HR documentation and compliance for NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards.
2. Support maintenance of HR-related documents required for NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accreditation for laboratory services.
3. Coordinate HR documentation, training records, competency assessments, and staff credentialing for accreditation audits.
4. Maintain employee files, licenses, registrations, and mandatory training records as per accreditation requirements.
5. Support internal audits, external inspections, and compliance reviews.
6. Knowledge of NAAC accreditation requirements is preferred for hospitals attached to medical colleges or educational institutions.
QUALIFICATION
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
EXPERIENCE
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
