Job Title: Senior Graphic DesignerJob Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual skills, a refined design aesthetic, and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-quality visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, digital media, print, social media and presentations
- Translate brand strategy and business objectives into compelling visual concepts
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative solutions
- Review, refine, and approve design work from junior designers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual design, and execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or similar tools a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading or mentoring design teams
- Experience working with marketing or product teams
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus
