About the Role
Alsol Technology Solution Private Limited is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in photo editing, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience creating high-quality visual content for digital marketing, branding, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Perform professional photo editing, retouching, image enhancement, and color correction.
- Create and edit videos, reels, shorts, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and content production.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business development teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software updates, and AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications Design & Editing Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe InDesign (Preferred)
- Strong expertise in photo retouching, image manipulation, and visual enhancement.
- Excellent video editing skills, including transitions, effects, motion graphics, and audio synchronization.
AI Tools Expertise
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Runway ML
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Grok
- Eleven labs
- Heygen
- Claude
- Gemini
Soft Skills
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and quality.
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Graphic Design, Photo Editing, and Video Editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, photo editing, and video editing projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or advertising agencies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills.
