Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Hair Transplant Counselor to guide prospective patients through the consultation and treatment process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling patients, explaining hair transplant procedures, addressing concerns, converting inquiries into treatments, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage patient inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails, and social media leads.
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions regarding hair loss treatments and hair transplant procedures.
- Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, procedures, pricing, and post-treatment care.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing patients.
- Follow up with leads and convert consultations into confirmed procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for consultations and treatment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, consultations, and conversions.
- Handle objections professionally and provide suitable solutions to patient concerns.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction throughout the treatment journey.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counseling reports.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Hair Transplant Counselor, Cosmetic Counselor, Aesthetic Counselor, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, and conversion abilities.
- Good understanding of hair transplant procedures and aesthetic treatments and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
