Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible to market our services and offerings to the targeted audience. The role also includes strategizing and managing social media presence for other business ventures under the organization. You will need to perform the following responsibilities-
- Understand our services, offerings, and industrial target audience in detail
- Configure and use various social media platforms to market our services effectively
- Improve web presence by enhancing the website, design, and other related parameters
- Go aggressively to generate leads to achieve business targets
- Create social media publishing plans and create content with the team in various formats
- Generate analytics for the activities to drive the next action to achieve the business goals
- Plan weekly and monthly strategies for social media posting and engagements
- Committed to providing exceptional end results for the organization
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends
- Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content for social media channels
- Analyze social media metrics and report on the performance of social media campaigns
- Ensure the company’s presence across relevant websites, portals, and social platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven B2B experience in social media
- Highly enthusiastic, independent, and aggressive
- Candidate must have worked in a similar role with greater exposure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to work under pressure
