Service Engineer – Printing & Finishing Machines-Field based

About Us
We are a leading supplier of printing machines and finishing equipment, serving customers across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our field service team in Thiruvananthapuram.
Key Responsibilities
- Install new printing and finishing machines at customer locations.
- Attend customer service calls and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repair work.
- Diagnose electrical and electronic faults and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain service reports and communicate job status to the office.
- Travel to customer sites within the assigned region as required.
Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 6 days a week
Salary & Benefits
