Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and exposure to modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to end-to-end product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Build and enhance frontend applications using React.js and React Native.
- Develop and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design and query performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Troubleshoot backend and frontend issues efficiently.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Required SkillsBackend
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling)
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC
- Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate
- Familiarity with Maven or Gradle
Frontend
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Experience with React Native
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Redux or Context API
Database
- Strong experience with MongoDB
- Understanding of schema design, aggregations, and indexing
- Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage
General
- Experience with Git version control
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Docker or Kubernetes experience
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
- CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- TypeScript knowledge
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience or certifications will also be considered
