Reservation Management
- Handle flight reservation requests for domestic and international travel.
- Provide customers with suitable flight options based on schedule, fare, and airline preferences.
- Create, modify, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs).
- Process bookings through GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers regarding seat availability and special requests.
Ticketing Operations
- Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel airline tickets.
- Process fare quotations and ensure accurate fare calculations.
- Handle ticket exchanges, date changes, rerouting, and revalidation.
- Ensure compliance with airline fare rules and ticketing policies.
- Verify passenger details before ticket issuance to avoid errors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
