Job Title: Cashier cum Sales Executive – Food Court
Reporting To: Food Court Supervisor / Outlet Manager
Position Summary
The Cashier cum Sales Executive is responsible for handling billing operations, customer service, and sales support at the food court counter. The role ensures accurate transactions, quick service, effective upselling, and smooth coordination with kitchen/production, while maintaining hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
A. Billing & Cash Handling
- Operate POS system and generate accurate bills for all orders.
- Handle multiple payment modes: cash, UPI, cards, wallets.
- Maintain proper cash balance and ensure zero or minimal cash variance.
- Prepare and submit daily cash collection report.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and accounted for.
B. Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers and take orders promptly and courteously.
- Suggest add-ons, combos, and promotional items to increase sales.
- Provide clear information on menu items, pricing, and availability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quick and polite service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
C. Order Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen/production team for order preparation.
- Ensure correct order is delivered to the customer.
- Manage order queue efficiently during peak hours.
- Inform customers about waiting time where applicable.
D. Product Display & Merchandising
- Ensure menu boards, displays, and counters are clean and attractive.
- Maintain proper labelling and pricing of items.
- Monitor availability of items and inform supervisor about shortages.
E. Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of billing counter and customer interaction area.
- Follow personal hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards at all times.
F. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales and billing records.
- Report discrepancies in cash, billing, or orders.
- Coordinate with supervisor for stock replenishment and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
