What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. What are we looking for? The Creative Graphic Designer is responsible for the overall design of marketing materials, including social media posts and films, print ads, digital banners and out-of-home (OOH - DOOH) displays. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work in these areas, as well as experience working with a variety of clients and brands. Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns A fast learner and quick in understanding brand guidelines Work with the Senior Designer and other designers to create high-quality, visually appealing designs Manage the design process from concept to completion Collaborate with other departments, to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in graphic design or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in creative design Strong portfolio of work in social, print, digital, and OOH design Experience working with a variety of clients and brands Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English and Arabic (a plus)
