Eighthsense is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for our digital marketing services. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and business expansion through multiple channels, including freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and other channels
- Actively bid and acquire projects via platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
- Pitch services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Website Development
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and close deals with potential clients
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply)
- Hands-on experience or basic understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
