To operate Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packing machines efficiently while ensuring accurate weight, sealing quality, and production targets.
- Operate and set up VFFS packing machines.
- Change product and pouch sizes as per production plan.
- Monitor weight accuracy and sealing quality.
- Reduce packing material wastage.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Record hourly production and downtime.
- Coordinate with QA for product quality.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.
- Maintain 5S around the packing line.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
