Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising production activities while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and timely delivery. The candidate should possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors and shop-floor employees.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and prepare MIS reports.
- Resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
- Promote 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–9 years of total experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.
Salary & Benefits
