Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to guide prospective buyers, generate leads, conduct site visits, and help customers purchase residential plots.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in real estate sales is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Freshers can apply.
Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
