Job Purpose
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organisation, with a focus on identifying, attracting and hiring suitable talent for various functions within the real estate and construction business.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media and other relevant channels.
- Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates based on job requirements, experience, competencies and cultural fit.
- Prepare and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
2. Real Estate & Construction Hiring
Recruit talent for functions including:
- Sales & Business Development
- CRM & Customer Service
- Marketing & Digital Marketing
- Projects & Construction
- Engineering & Architecture
- Procurement & Contracts
- Finance & Accounts
- Administration & Facility Management
- Senior and leadership positions as assigned
3. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate with Department Heads and reporting managers for shortlisting.
- Schedule and manage interviews efficiently.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain proper interview feedback and selection records.
4. Candidate Communication & Closure
- Handle candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer-related documentation as per company guidelines.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Reduce offer dropouts through continuous engagement and timely follow-up.
5. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker for all open positions.
- Track key recruitment metrics including source of hiring, time-to-fill, interview status, offers and joining ratio.
- Share periodic recruitment updates with the HR Head and Management.
- Ensure all recruitment data and candidate records are properly maintained.
6. Employer Branding & Process Improvement
- Support employer branding initiatives and job advertisement campaigns.
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals and other sourcing partners.
- Continuously identify better sourcing channels and improve recruitment turnaround time.

Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources, Management or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in:
- Real Estate
- Construction
- Infrastructure
- Architecture/Engineering
- High-volume Sales Recruitment
Experience in using job portals, LinkedIn and other digital sourcing platforms is essential.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of positions closed within the defined timeline
- Time taken to close open positions
- Quality of shortlisted candidates
- Interview-to-selection ratio
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Candidate database development
- Recruitment MIS accuracy and timely reporting
- Reduction in candidate dropouts and no-shows
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, organised and persistent in follow-up, with the ability to independently drive recruitment assignments and ensure timely closure of critical positions.
Job Location: As per Company Requirement
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹9,455.57 - ₹30,834.94 per month
