Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Response: Act as a first responder to fire alarms, chemical leakages, or hazardous spills within the plant.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of fire extinguishers, hydrants, monitors, and fire tenders.
- Monitoring: Perform regular patrols and "Fire Watch" duties, especially during high-risk activities like welding or cutting (Hot Work).
- Drills & Training: Participate in periodic mock drills and assist in training staff on basic fire safety and evacuation protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain logs of equipment status and report any safety violations or fire hazards to the Safety Officer.
Candidate Profile
- Education: 10th/12th pass with a Government-recognized Fireman Course (e.g., from State Fire Service or equivalent).
- Experience: 1–3 years in a chemical or petrochemical plant (preferred).
- Physical Fitness: Must meet the required physical standards for firefighting duties.
- Skills: Knowledge of fire chemistry, different types of extinguishers, and the ability to operate fire pumps.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
