Role: HR Operations Associate (Hire to Retire) – German Language Support

Shift Timings: 1 PM to 11 PM IST. Should be comfortable with 24/7 flexible shift timings**
Role Summary:
We are seeking HR Operations Associates to support end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire (H2R) processes for a global client. The role involves delivering Tier‑1 HR Helpdesk services, executing H2R transactions, and partnering with global HR teams. German language fluency is mandatory.

Whitefield, Bangalore, India
Key Responsibilities:
A. HR Helpdesk & Advisory (Tier‑1)
- Handle HR queries related to Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, L&D, Timekeeping, Workday transactions, Recruiting, and Performance Management.
- Provide voice and non‑voice support in German and English.
- Manage and resolve tickets across multiple HR queues.
- Support high‑touch cases such as pay-out, health and wellness related suport.
B. Hire-to-Retire Transactional Activities
- Process Workday HCM updates across the employee lifecycle.
- Support onboarding activities including document verification and background checks.
- Coordinate offboarding workflows including exit documentation.
C. Learning and Development
- familiarity with end-to-end workflows within learning administration
- Is able to co-ordinate and calibrate with different stakeholders
- Ensures managing vendor co-ordination, invoicing and learning event administration
D. Data & Quality
- Maintain SLA, TAT, and quality standards.
- Ensure PII protection and data confidentiality.
- Utilize ServiceNow, dashboards, and knowledge bases.
E. Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Participate in training, calibrations, and governance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (B2/C1+).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
- 1–5 years of HR Shared Services experience.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in 24/7 operations (Working Shifts).
- Problem‑solving and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting Global clients.
- Exposure to Payroll, Recruiting Ops, L&D Ops, and Benefits.
- Certifications such as Workday HCM or Goethe German certifications.
