Job description:
We are looking for a creative, car-loving Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to capture our craftsmanship and grow our digital presence.
- Content Strategy: Manage our posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business to keep our audience engaged.
- On-Site Coverage: Work directly on the shop floor to capture the raw, authentic process of our technicians at work.
- Meta Expert (Facebook & Instagram): Full management of our Meta Business Suite, including posting, audience engagement, and running ads.
- Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current social media trends, viral audio, and automotive hashtags to keep VSeats relevant.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly track and report on social media performance and brand reach. You must be able to use data to improve our content strategy.
- Creativity & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to represent the VSeats brand professionally and creatively. Ability to write catchy, punchy captions that convert viewers into customers.
- Content Strategy & Scheduling: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok to ensure a consistent posting frequency.
- Educational Storytelling: Create informative content explaining the benefits of OE fitments and the quality of materials we use.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trending audio, and hashtags.
- Passion for Cars: A genuine interest in automotive aesthetics and "car culture" is a huge plus.
- Portfolio: Please provide links to your social media pages or a portfolio showing previous video/automotive work.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment and taking initiative to find the "best shot"
