Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is a growing fashion and apparel company specializing in Nightwear, Gymwear, Sportswear, and Knitted Apparel. We are looking for a skilled Garment Technologist / Product Developer to help deliver premium-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical garment development from concept to production.
- Conduct fit sessions and review Proto, Fit, SMS, PP, and TOP samples.
- Ensure accurate fit, construction, grading, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Design, Pattern, Production, and Factory teams.
- Evaluate fabrics, trims, and garment performance.
- Review tech packs and approve styles for bulk production.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Garment Technology, Product Development, or Technical Design.
- Experience in Sportswear, Activewear, Nightwear, or Knitted Apparel preferred.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, sewing techniques, and fabrics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
