Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development & Operations role based in New Delhi. The intern will support lead generation efforts, maintain prospect databases, and assist in outreach to healthcare providers, partners, and relevant organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on oncology care and related services, analyzing trends, and preparing concise reports and presentations for the leadership team. The intern will help streamline operational processes, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, and support cross-functional projects that improve the user journey on the platform. The role also involves engaging with users and stakeholders in a professional, empathetic manner, ensuring timely responses and consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams, partners, and users.
- Lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and track potential partners and opportunities.
- Market research experience or interest, including gathering, organizing, and summarizing information on healthcare and related sectors.
- Customer service skills, with a user-centered mindset and the ability to respond with professionalism and empathy.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, public health, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or tracking tools is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a mission-driven environment.
- Interest in healthcare, oncology, digital health, or social impact initiatives is highly beneficial.
