We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead our brand growth and lead-generation efforts. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional local marketing and modern digital outreach. You will be responsible for getting our design portfolio in front of high-value clients, tracking market trends, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Local & Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, including premium print placements, local event sponsorship, and strategic OOH advertising (billboards, local design hubs).
- Represent the firm at local industry events, home expos, and networking functions to build brand presence.
Digital Offsite Outreach
- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers, real estate bloggers, and local architectural platforms to secure guest features and brand mentions.
- Manage offsite SEO initiatives and digital PR to build high-quality backlinks and drive referral traffic to our portfolio.
Lead Generation & Campaign Planning
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring high-end residential and commercial design clients.
- Optimize the marketing funnel to capture, nurture, and convert cold prospects into qualified design leads.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Business Development: A proven ability to spot growth opportunities, pitch services confidently, and build long-term strategic alliances.
- Campaign Planning: Highly organized with experience managing a marketing calendar, tracking budgets, and coordinating multi-channel campaigns.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills; able to look at website traffic, campaign metrics, and ROI data to pivot strategies effectively.
- Digital Marketing: Solid understanding of performance marketing, social media algorithms, paid ads (Google/Meta), and email marketing.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Exceptional communication skills with the natural ability to build rapport with affluent clients, architects, and vendors.
- High Agility & Energy: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and brings positive momentum to the team.
- Problem Solving: A resourceful approach to hurdles; able to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns quickly and creatively.
Education & Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing or business development (experience in real estate, luxury retail, or the architecture/design industry is a major plus).
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and basic design tools (like Canva) is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
