Job Description
Vriddhi Landmart Limited is looking for an experienced Corporate Civil Lawyer with expertise in real estate and land-related legal matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of property laws and experience in handling legal cases related to the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle land-related legal matters, including title verification and due diligence.
- Draft, review, and legal documents, agreements, deeds, and contracts.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external advocates when required.
- Manage litigation and legal disputes related to land and real estate.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Provide legal advice to management on corporate and real estate matters.
- Liaise with government authorities, registration offices, and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- LL.B. (LL.M. will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in land acquisition, property documentation, real estate transactions, and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, and corporate legal compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
