We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.
Experience: 2–3 Years (Non-IT Recruitment Only)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand + PF + Mediclaim
Working Days: 5 Days + Alternate Saturdays
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Manage bulk hiring across multiple roles.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve monthly hiring targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Non-IT hiring.
- Must be comfortable with bulk hiring.
- Should have a proven track record of delivering at least 15 candidate joinings per month.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Only Kolkata-based candidates will be considered.
- IT recruiters are not eligible for this role.
