Roles & Responsibility -
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and Quick Commerce platforms to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies including audience targeting, retargeting, keyword planning, creative testing, and campaign scaling.
- Drive marketplace and quick commerce growth by improving product visibility, discoverability, category rankings, and sales performance across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, and AOV, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketplace, product, and D2C teams to enhance customer journeys, landing pages, product listings, and conversion rates.
- Own budget planning, reporting, and performance dashboards, ensuring efficient budget allocation, campaign governance, and achievement of business growth objectives.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
