- Key Skills: Union handling, labor laws, compliance, talent management, leadership
- Lead HR strategy & workforce planning
- Manage industrial relations & union negotiations
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Oversee hiring, performance, and training
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
