Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all exchange-related inquiries from walk-in and digital leads
- Evaluate used 2-wheelers and provide accurate exchange value
- Coordinate between customers, sales team, and evaluators
- Ensure proper documentation and verification of exchange vehicles
- Track and maintain exchange pipeline and conversion ratio
- Follow up with customers for pending exchange deals
- Support sales team in closing deals by offering best exchange solutions
- Maintain database of used vehicle stock and pricing trends
- Ensure timely closure of exchange deals and proper handover process
- Work towards achieving monthly exchange targets
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of 2-wheeler models and market value
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools like Leadsquared preferred)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automobile dealership or exchange desk
- Familiarity with used vehicle evaluation process
- Valid driving license for 2-wheelers
