Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and executing load and stress tests to evaluate system behavior under various conditions.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in performance testing scenarios.
- Capability to integrate performance testing within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
a. Test automation tools and frameworks — including Mabl, HP/Mercury QTP, and LoadRunner
b. Proficiency in SQL querying and database scripting for test result analysis, data validation, and defect investigation across relational database management systems, including experience with Query Analyzer, DB scripting tools, and ODBC configuration for cross-system data access
c. API testing using Postman and related tools
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
