About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure a seamless experience throughout their travel journey.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to understand customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every client receives timely and personalised assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their travel journey.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalised travel assistance.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, bookings, payments, travel documents, and post-trip feedback.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales, Operations, Visa, and Travel Planning teams to ensure smooth execution of trips.
- Proactively communicate important updates, changes, and travel-related information to customers.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Conduct post-trip follow-ups to collect feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant travel services, upgrades, experiences, and future trips.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute towards improving the overall customer experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with inactive or past customers to generate repeat business.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Hospitality, Travel, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM software, MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
- A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
