Job Profile

As part of the team, you will manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and optimize analytics to track and improve performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Executing SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic from search engines (Google,
Bing, etc.).
Setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve target ROI.
Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and campaign performance through tools like
Google Analytics.
Providing regular reporting and insights on keyword performance, conversion rates,
and other KPIs.
Conducting A/B testing and implementing changes based on performance data.
Analyzing data to create actionable insights for improving website performance and
driving conversions.
Staying updated with the latest SEM trends, algorithm changes, and industry best
practices.
Developing strategies for paid campaigns, including search, display, and video.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with overall marketing
objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

A degree in mass communication, advertising, or marketing is preferred.
Proven experience in SEM and Analytics, including managing PPC campaigns.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights.
Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices.
Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
