The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations including procurement coordination, inventory movement, vendor follow-ups, and timely delivery of materials across all Brik Oven outlets. The role ensures smooth supply chain functioning to support uninterrupted restaurant operations.

Monitor stock levels across all outlets and central warehouse

Coordinate with stores and kitchen teams for replenishment planning

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel

Minimize stock loss, wastage, and pilferage

Coordinate with vendors for timely ordering and delivery of materials

Follow up on purchase orders and ensure adherence to timelines

Compare quotations and assist in vendor negotiations

Plan and execute inter-store transfers and central warehouse dispatches

Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, packaging, and supplies

Coordinate with transport vendors/drivers for smooth operations

Maintain relationships with existing vendors

Track vendor performance (quality, timelines, pricing)

Resolve issues related to delays or supply shortages

Maintain proper records of invoices, GRNs, delivery challans

Prepare daily/weekly logistics and inventory reports
