Job Role : Freight Broker
Location-Mohali
Salary-NO BAR for experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate shipments with shippers and carriers
* Build and manage a reliable carrier network
* Negotiate freight rates and terms
* Track shipments and resolve issues
* Communicate with customers and provide updates
* Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
* Freshers are welcome with minimum of Bachelor's degree.
* 6+ months experience in U.S. freight brokerage/logistics for experienced candidates.
* Knowledge of freight processes and regulations
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with load boards, freight systems, and MS Office.
