Interview & Career Preparation Faculty (Part-Time)
ICD NSDC is looking for an experienced and passionate Interview & Career Preparation Faculty to help students develop the skills and confidence needed for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training in interview skills, resume building, communication, and career development.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude preparation, and personality development sessions.
Guide students on professional etiquette, workplace communication, and career planning.
Provide individual mentoring and constructive feedback to improve employability.
Prepare students for campus placements and job interviews.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Teaching, training, HR, recruitment, or career coaching experience is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for mentoring and preparing students for successful careers.
Pay: ₹9,814.89 - ₹53,833.15 per month
