Role Objective
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to spearhead project sales, build a robust channel network, and lead a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, taking ownership of high-value negotiations and shaping the customer conversion strategy from lead generation to final closure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
- Drive Revenue: Develop and execute comprehensive project sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives and site office staff, ensuring high motivation, accountability, and performance.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead reports, track conversion metrics, and generate reliable sales forecasts for senior leadership.
2. Business Development & Channel Management
- Network Expansion: Identify, recruit, and develop a strong network of brokers and channel partners to amplify market reach and generate quality leads.
- Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive site footfall and brand awareness.
3. Customer Acquisition & Deal Closure
- High-Value Deal Structuring: Take the lead on complex negotiations and manage relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) and premium customers.
- Collections & Compliance: Ensure timely payment collections from customers in coordination with the accounts and operations teams to maintain healthy cash flow.

- Executive Presence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, channel partners, and buyers.
Position Details
- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)
- Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Payout Schedule: Salary is reliably credited within the first week of every month.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
